Please Note: Upon completing the payment of your registration fee, you will receive shortly a receipt for your payment from PayPal and your payment status in the Registration Details will be updated within two working days. The Conference venue can host a maximum of 600 participants. In order to avoid disappointment, the Organizing Committee strongly encourages early registration. Registration will open in July 2016.

The regular and student registration fees will cover admission to all oral and poster sessions, coffee breaks, several meals, and printing materials. To plan our events more efficiently, interested participants are encouraged to pre-register as early as possible via our On-line Pre/Registration and On-line Payment Form in the website:

Cancellation policy: registration can be cancelled until 27 January 2017. An administration fee of 50% will be deducted from the amount paid. No refunds could be made after 27 January 2017.
