秦勇
简 历:秦勇,教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家“万人计划”中青年科技创新领军人才,“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。从事纳米能源技术、功能纳米器件与自驱动纳米系统领域的研究。发表论文八十余篇,在Nature和Nature Nanotechnology等子刊上发表论文4篇,论文被引用五千余次,单篇论文最高被引用1060次。2009 年获得美国陶瓷学会授予的世界陶瓷研究领域年度最有价值贡献奖-Ross Coffin Purdy 奖,2017年获得Elsevier颁发的首届纳米能源奖(Nano Energy Award)。
题 目:Flexible Nanogenerators and ZnO nanosensors
摘 要:Power is the urgent demand for the fast-developing wearable sensors, implantable biosensors, things of internet and other micro/nano sensors network. Energy harvesting technology gives a promising way for the power challenge. In this presentation, the development progress of nanogenerator will be talked firstly, and then some works on fiber-based nanogenerator, AC ZnO nanowire nanogenerator, integrated ZnO nanowire nanogenerator, ferroelectric piezoelectric nanowire nanogenerator, non-contact mechanical energy harvesting nanogenerator, implantable nanogenerator and some new developed nanogenerators will be talked. Finally, some high sensitivity ZnO nanowire UV sensors, high sensitivity pressure nanosensors based on ZnO nanoplatelets and piezotronic effect will be talked.
