General Conditions
• The Consumer Goods Forum reserves the right to limit the number of delegates to the event.
• Registration fees do not include travel and accommodation
• Registration deadline is 1 November 2018. The Consumer Goods Forum reserves the right to – but is not obliged to – extend the registrations beyond this point and accept registrations onsite.
• Payment of the registration fee should be made in RMB to Evenger Company secretariat at the time of the registration. The Evenger Company secretariat will send a confirmation letter or email and an invoice to each delegate upon receipt. Payment possibilities are detailed on the website.
• Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by Evenger Company in writing:
- Before 1 October 2018: The full registration fees will be refunded (should be 50% refund)
- After 1 October 2018: No refunds will be made
• The substitution of a colleague from the same organization is possible at no extra cost provided the Evenger Company secretariat is informed in writing.
