Participate as a Speaker
Should you wish to present at the conference without including your paper in the conference proceedings, you have the option to join SCIENCE 2025 as a Speaker. In this role, you are required to submit an abstract and the title of your presentation during the registration process. For additional details, feel free to reach out to us.
Attend as an Audience Member
The SCIENCE 2025 conference is a must-attend event. Registration Fee Details
The conference registration fee encompasses the conference proceedings, lunch meals, commemorative items, and access to all technical sessions.
The registration fee does not cover the following expenses:
Accommodation costs
Visa application charges
Travel expenses
It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted paper to pre-register.
The Organizing Committee will confirm your registration within 2-5 business days after your payment is received.
In the event you are unable to attend the conference, we will mail you the printed proceedings along with the payment receipt or invoice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Should participants need to cancel and request a refund for personal reasons, the following guidelines will be followed for refunds:
More than 60 days before the conference: A refund of 70% of the payment will be issued.
Between 30 and 60 days before the conference: A refund of 50% of the payment will be issued.
Within 30 days before the conference: A refund of 30% of the payment will be issued.
After the conference has commenced: No refunds will be provided.
All cancellations and refund requests should be submitted formally via email.
The organizing committee holds the right to alter the conference's schedule and venue in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any losses incurred will not be the responsibility of the organizers, and the refund policy will not be applicable.
