The annual average temperature in Sanya is 23.8 ℃. There is strong ultraviolet in summer vacation time, so please make good sun protection preparation, and to avoid climate sickness, the following are suggested to be self-provided: intestines and stomach medicines, and the meeting group is equipped with small first aid kit.
Please keep your own goods carefully during your travel. Valuables should not be put in the clothing cases, but should be specially lodged or watched by designated person(s).

In case of partial or complete hotel accommodation cancellation, please ensure to notify the meeting group seven working days in advance. Please check-out before 12 o'clock on the check-out date.

Meeting group arranges airport pickup service at Sanya Phoenix International Airport and will send the texts concerning airport pickup information to your registered mobile phones in advance.
Airport pickup time: May 4 ，the specific arrangement is on the basis of the flight information you provide.
